Harris Corp., Rochester, New York, was awarded a $405,500,000 firm-fixed-price, foreign military sales (Morocco), indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the Single Channel Ground and Airborne Radio Systems (SINCGARS) including ancillary items, spare parts, installation kits, training and fielding support services. One bid was solicited with one received, with an estimated completion date of April 21, 2021. Funding and work location will be determined with each order. The Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W91CRB-16-D-5004).

U.S. Marines conduct live-fire training in an M1A1 Abrams tank. Under a $358 million contract from the U.S. Army, General Dynamics will upgrade tanks for the country of Morocco to the situational awareness configuration.

General Dynamics Land Systems, Sterling Heights, Michigan, was awarded a $358 million firm-fixed-price undefinitized foreign military sales contract (Morocco) for conversion of 150 M1A1 vehicles to the M1A1 situational awareness configuration. Work will be performed in Lima, Ohio, with an estimated completion date of February 28, 2018. One bid was solicited with one received. Fiscal 2010 other procurement funds in the amount of $11,390,194 were obligated at the time of the award. Northrop Grumman Electronic Business Segment, Linthicum Heights, Md., has been awarded a maximum $115 million firm-fixed-price contract to provide 16 AN/APG-68 (V)9 radar systems for the Royal Thai Air Force and 22 AN/APG-68 (V)9 radar systems for the Republic of Iraq for a total of 38 radar systems. This foreign military sale also includes spares for the Egyptian Air Force, Royal Moroccan Air Force and Pakistan Air Force. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $32,439,000 firm-fixed contract for a Foreign Military Sales Program that will provide the government of Morocco's 24 F-16 aircraft that have the Advanced Countermeasures Electronic Systems Electronic Warfare Systems with updated data protection. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is the contracting activity.
