Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System

The Navy is tapping Raytheon Company of Tucson, Arizona, to provide analysis, trade studies, architecture, modeling, simulation development, evaluation, and prototyping activities for the integration of seeker suite technology and processing capabilities into the Tactical Tomahawk Block IV All-Up-Round missile system in support of the Maritime Strike Tomahawk Program. The contract award is an $119,021,912 cost-plus-incentive-fee delivery order (N00019-17-F-2001) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-15-G-0003). The work will be performed in Tucson (44.7 percent); Dallas, Texas (23.3 percent); Boulder, Colorado (20.6 percent); and various other locations inside and outside the U.S.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin – Rotary and Mission Systems, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded an $8,501,430 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order (N0001917F1024) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-15-G-0057). This order provides for the management, sustainment and upgrade of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System (TTWCS) software product baseline and the required system and software documentation for the Navy and the government of the United Kingdom. This order also includes TTWCS discovery/re-work for v5.5, TTWCS v5.4.2 system development activity (SDA), TTWCS v5.6.0 SDA, TTWCS v5.6.1 SDA, continue v5.4.0.2 security and sustainability

Lockheed Martin has been awarded a contract modification to develop software in support of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Information Systems and Global Services, King of Prussia, Pennsylvania, is being awarded a $7,922,203 modification to a previously awarded cost-plus-fixed-fee contract (N00019-10-C-0064) for software development in support of the Tactical Tomahawk Weapons Control System, including system engineering, software, hardware deployment and support, and management efforts required to field the system. This contract combines purchases for the U.S. Navy ($7,853,820; 99 percent) and the government of the United Kingdom ($68,383; 1 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.
