CACI-Athena Inc., Arlington, Virginia, is being awarded a $38,408,431 firm-fixed-price contract for joint geospatial analytical support services in support of U.S. Special Operations Command. The work will be conducted in multiple locations in the United States and overseas and is expected to be complete December 2015. Fiscal 2014 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $500,000 are being obligated at the time of award. This contract was a competitive acquisition, with five proposals received. U.S. Special Operations Command is the contracting activity (H92222-15-C-0012).

Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., is being awarded $7,264,250 for firm-fixed-price delivery order #0016 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-12-G-0008) for hardware repairs and modifications to previously procured ScanEagle Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) for the government of Poland under the foreign military sales program. This effort procures spares, operations and maintenance training, and technical UAS publications. The hardware includes air vehicles, their components, and improvements to the systems ancillary equipment, including ground control stations and launch and recovery equipment.

FLIR Systems Inc., Billerica, Mass., is being awarded a $10,090,426 firm-fixed-priced, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for SEE SPOT III+ Systems, test, teardown and evaluation, repairs, spares and data. The SEE SPOT III+ is a device that provides the user with the ability to view the Special Operations Force Laser Acquisition Markers invisible laser spot in the target scene field view. This contract supports a purchase for the government of Hungary under the Foreign Military Sales Program. Work will be performed in Billerica, Mass., and is expected to be completed by May 2018. Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Ind., is the contracting activity.

Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., has been awarded a $1,000,000 minimum - $190,000,000 maximum, twenty-five month, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) support to U.S. Special Operations Command. The contract is for the Mid-Endurance Unmanned Aircraft System (MEUAS) ISR service using contractor-owned and contractor-operated equipment. The work will be performed in Bingen, Wash., and overseas. U.S. Special Operations Command, MacDill Air Force Base, Fla., is the contracting activity.

FLIR Systems Incorporated, North Billerica, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $24,625,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for new production or retrofit of AN/ZSQ-3 (V1 Assault) and AN/ZSQ-3 (V2 Attack), Electro-Optic Sensor Systems with laser rangefinder/designator units for the MH-6M assigned to the Special Operations Aviation Regiment at Fort Campbell, Kentucky, in support of the Technology Applications Contracting Office. U.S. Special Operations Command is the contracting activity.
