AQYR Technologies Inc., Nashua, New Hampshire, has been awarded a $100 million indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. Contractor will provide Global Broadcast Service (GBS) rucksack portable receive suites (AN/PRS-12) and GBS spares to the Air Force and other branches of the U.S. military. Work will be performed at Nashua, New Hampshire, and is expected to be complete by August 31, 2021. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2014 and 2015 other procurement funds in the amount of $13,950,000 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (F A8705-15-D-0001).

Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services, Sterling, Virginia, is being awarded a $6,678,321 firm-fixed-price contract for the production, integration, test and delivery of the global broadcast service (GBS) below deck terminals. The GBS is a key component of the Joint Military Satellite Communications program, which provides high-speed information flow of high volume data to users both afloat, ashore and for Special Forces. The GBS provides the capability to receive, process and quickly disseminate live video and large files to support operating forces, training exercises, weapons targeting, intelligence and reconnaissance.

Lockheed Martin Corp., Lockheed Martin Information Systems and Global Solutions, Gaithersburg Md., has been awarded a $16,421,355 modification (P000064) for an existing cost-plus-incentive-fee contract (FA8726-09-C-0006) for Global Broadcast Service (GBS) Defense Enterprise Computing Center (DEC C) Software Sustainment and GBS Operations Center (GBSOC) Operations. This contract modification adds software sustainment to maintain the GBS DECC software baseline and provide personnel to staff the GBSOC 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year in support of worldwide GBS operations. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Mass., is the contracting activity.

General Dynamics C4 Systems, Taunton, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $900 million maximum indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to allow the Global Broadcast Service Joint Program Office to acquire approximately 1,500 new receive suites, and approximately 1,100 retrofit kits, for fielded systems. Electronic Systems Center, Hanscom Air Force Base, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.
