AAI Corporation and Insitu will support U.S. Special Operations Command intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance missions with mid-endurance unmanned aircraft.

AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, is being awarded a multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract with a $475,000,000  (H92222-17-D-0019), along with Insitu Inc., Bingen, Washington, (H92222-17-D-0011), maximum combined order ceiling for Mid-Endurance Unmanned Aircraft Systems intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance services at multiple locations worldwide. This multiple award contract supports competition at the task order level.

Leidos, Reston, Virginia (W911QY-17-D-0017); AASKI Technologies Inc., Tinton Falls, New Jersey (W911QY-17-D-0018); and AAI Corporation/Textron, Hunt Valley, Maryland, will share in a $900,000,000 firm-fixed-price contract for technical services and field support in support of Product Office Tactical Unmanned Aircraft Systems. Bids were solicited via the Internet with five received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order with an estimated completion date of April 5, 2022. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Natick, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity.

Textron Systems is being awarded a contract modification for additional units of the Unmanned Influence Sweep System.

AAI Corp., doing business as Textron Systems, Hunt Valley, Maryland, is being awarded a $14,820,302 fixed-price-incentive modification to a previously awarded contract (N00024-14-C-6322) to exercise Unmanned Influence Sweep System options for mine countermeasure system requirements. This modification to the contract will provide additional units to support mine countermeasure requirements. The system will satisfy the Navy’s need for a rapid, wide-area coverage mine clearance capability.

AAI Corp., Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded an indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for a maximum of $475,000,000 for mid-endurance unmanned aircraft systems intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance services at multiple locations worldwide. Fiscal 2017 operations and maintenance funds in the amount of $150,000 are being obligated at time of award. This contract was a competitive acquisition and eight responsive proposals were received. The contract includes a 54-month period of performance, with four 12-month ordering periods followed by one six-month ordering period. Estimated completion date is July 2022.

AAI Corp., a Textron company, Hunt Valley, Maryland, was awarded a $206,561,704 cost-plus-fixed-fee foreign military sales (Australia) contract for contractor logistics sustainment services for Shadow RQ-7B unmanned aerial systems. Bids were solicited via the Internet with one received. Work will be performed in Hunt Valley, Maryland, with an estimated completion date of October 31, 2017. Fiscal 2017 other funds in the amount of $3,705,107 were obligated at the time of the award. The Army Contracting Command, Natick, Massachusetts, is the contracting activity (W911QY-17-C-0013).

Textron Systems Corporation, Textron Defense Systems, Wilmington, Massachusetts, has been awarded a $17,283,970 modification (P00022) to FA8682-11-C-0044 for the completion of mission control unit software development and aircraft integration for the sensor fuzed weapon. The total cumulative face value of the contract is $310,983,586. The contract modification is for the final phase of sensor fuzed weapon integration to the Indian Jaguar aircraft. This contract involves 100 percent of foreign military sales for India. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Long Range Systems Division, Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is the contracting activity.
