The Missile Defense Agency is announcing the award of a competitive contract combining cost-plus-award-fee, cost-plus-incentive-fee, and fixed-price-incentive-fee, to Raytheon Company Integrated Defense Systems, Woburn, Massachusetts. The total value of this contract is estimated at $125,343,763. This contract also contains options, which, if exercised, will increase the cumulative contract value to $176,084,507. Under this contract, the contractor will upgrade the Early Warning Radar (EWR) at Clear Air Force Station (AFS), Alaska, with an option to upgrade the EWR at Cape Cod AFS, Massachusetts.
