Lockheed Martin is being awarded a $19,996,526 delivery order for the integration of advanced off-board electronic warfare into the MH-60R/S aircraft avionics operating program.

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems, Owego, New York, is being awarded $19,996,526 for cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order 4011 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-14-G-0019) for the integration of advanced off-board electronic warfare into the MH-60R/S aircraft avionics operating program. Work will be performed in Owego, New York, and is expected to be completed in December 2020. Fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,250,000 will be obligated at the time of award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Owego, New York, is being awarded an $8,463,768 modification to delivery order 4001 issued against a previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00019-14-G-0019) for non-recurring efforts for integration of software modifications of Automatic Dependent Surveillance Broadcast into Embedded Global Positioning System/Inertial Guidance units in support of the MH-60 R/S aircraft. These services are in support of the U.S. Navy and the governments of Australia and Denmark. Work will be performed in Woodland Hills, California (80 percent); and Owego, New York (20 percent), and is expected to be completed in May 2017.

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Training, Owego, N.Y., is being awarded a $39,427,558 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide flight test, technical, management, and process support services necessary to update and maintain operational software, vendor software, maintenance-related software, and laboratory support software in support of the MH-60R/S and SH-60B aircraft. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Md., is the contracting activity (N00019-13-D-0011).
