General Dynamics Awarded On-Orbit Digital Waveform Generator Funds

General Dynamics - Advanced Information Systems Inc., Scottsdale, Arizona, has been awarded a $10,136,795 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for the On-Orbit Reprogrammable Digital Waveform Generator program. Contractor performance includes developing technology that will advance the state-of-the-art in signal generation in support of the Air Force Research Laboratory On-Orbit Reprogrammable Digital Waveform Generator program. They will also perform analyses, refine algorithms and evaluate implementation alternatives. Work will be performed at Scottsdale, Arizona, and is expected to be complete by April 24, 2021. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition with nine offers received. Fiscal 2015 and 2015 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $3,825,079 are being obligated at the time of award. The Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland Air Force Base, New Mexico, is the contracting activity (FA9453-16-C-0012).
