Lockheed Receives $97 Million Modification for Aegis Weapon System

Lockheed Martin Mission Systems and Sensors, Moorestown, New Jersey, is being awarded a nearly $97 million contract modification for production of the DDG 113 Aegis weapon system, including a multi-mission signal processor; an additional multi-mission signal processor for the Surface Combat System Center on Wallops Island, Virginia; DDG 114-115 advanced procurement efforts; and associated technical services. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.
