Rockwell Collins Government Systems, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is awarded $10,815,536 for modification to a firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00421-17-G-0003). The delivery order provides fiscal year 2019 funding for the Modern Transmission Security and Tactical Secure Voice Suite B, Cryptographic Equipment Application integration for the ARC-210 RT-1939A(C), RT-1990A(C) and RT-2036(C) radios in support of multiple aircraft platforms. Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and is expected to be completed in January 2022. Fiscal year 2019 research, development, test and evaluation (Navy) funds in the amount of $10,815,536 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at

Harris Corp., Harris RF Communication, Rochester, New York, has been awarded a $130,000,000 indefinitely-delivery/indefinite-quantity for handheld video data link (HH-VDL) radios. This contract provides for the development, production, and sustainment of HH-VDL devices. Work will be performed in Rochester and is expected to be complete by April 2023. This award is the result of a competitive acquisition and three offers were received. Fiscal year 2017 research and development funds in the amount of $6,029,998 are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity (FA8629-18-D-5009).

Raytheon Co., Fort Wayne, Indiana, has been awarded an $11,906,673 hybrid (cost-plus-fixed-fee and firm-fixed-price) contract for AN/ARC-231 multi-mode aviation radio suite hardware components, and technical, engineering, and logistic related services in support of product manager, aviation mission equipment. One bid was solicited with one bid received. Work locations and funding will be determined with each order, with an estimated completion date of April 19, 2020. U.S. Army Contracting Command, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland, is the contracting activity (W56JSR-18-D-0013).

Airbus Defense and Space Inc., Herndon, Virginia, was awarded an $82,917,199 modification (P00852) to contract W58RGZ-06-C-0194 to acquire 17 72A Lakota helicopters with airborne radio communications 231 radios. Fiscal 2014 other procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $82,917,199 were obligated at the time of the award. After award of this modification, the total cumulative contract value will be $2,660,632,872. Estimated completion date is Jan. 31, 2016. Work will be performed at Columbia, Mississippi. Ten bids were solicited, with five offers received. Army Contracting Command, Redstone Arsenal (Aviation), Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, is the contracting activity.
