Carahsoft Technology Corp., Reston, Virginia (H92222-16-D-0035), is being awarded a single $42,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract to provide design, development, integration testing and operational support for a Distributed Common Ground/Surface System (DCGS) Integration Backbone (DIB) Metadata Catalog (MDC) and data integration in the extensible markup language (XML) in support of U.S. Special Operations Command, Special Operation Forces Acquisition, Technology and Logistics.

BAE Systems National Security Solutions, Mclean, Virginia, is being awarded a $9,986,085 cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the delivery and fielding of intelligence exploitation and targeting systems derived from the common geo-positioning services package of software and related hardware components of Distributed Common Ground Station Systems and similar National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency systems. The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, California, is the contracting activity.

Sierra Nevada Corporation, of Sparks, Nevada, is being awarded a $10 million cost plus fixed fee contract develop a next-generation Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) integration backbone capability that can migrate to the Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise. This will be accomplished through investigation, development, testing, and evaluation of an enterprise architecture capable of joint, federal, and coalition interoperability in support of diverse mission and contingency operations. Deliverable items are software, hardware, and technical reports. Air Force Research Laboratory, Rome New York, is the contracting activity.
