This modification extends the contract period of performance, increases the contract estimated ceiling by $29,556,100, and changes the cumulative estimated value of the contract from $54,094,742 to $83,651,029. This contract is for interior communication systems material support to U.S. naval vessels. Work will be performed in Melbourne, Florida, and is expected to be completed by February 2022.

DRS Advanced ISR LLC, Beavercreek, Ohio, has been awarded a $34,551,637 requirements contract for installation of the Distributed Aperture Infrared Countermeasures (DAIRCM) system on 30 HH-60G aircraft in support of Joint Urgent Operational Need Statement (JUONS). The contractor will procure, install, and integrate 16 additional JUONS solution DAIRCM kits and continued ICS support. The contractor will be also install fiber optic cable assemblies on the HH-60G and will have access to the proprietary aircraft interface data needed to accomplish this urgent effort. Work will be performed in Beavercreek, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by December 20, 2023. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.

The U.S. Army Project Manager for Terrestrial Sensors (PM TS) has awarded contracts to Raytheon Company and DRS Technologies for the engineering and manufacturing development phase of the Third Generation Forward Looking Infrared (3GEN FLIR). The system will provide common components (the B-Kit) that will be integrated into combat vehicle sights for reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition and will permit the sensor operator to detect, recognize and identify enemy targets with increased clarity and at significantly longer ranges.
