Sikorsky Aircraft Corp., a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded a $19,429,150 modification (P00005) to cost-plus-fixed-fee order N00019-19-F-2972 against previously issued basic ordering agreement N00019-19-G-0029. This order provides for non-recurring engineering, engineering change order, logistics and programmatic support of the Data Transfer Unit and Defensive Electronic Countermeasure System Replacement and ARC-210 program, to replace existing subsystems within the CH-53K production aircraft.  Work will be performed in Cedar Rapids, Iowa (55.82%); Stratford, Connecticut (35.7%); and Fort Worth, Texas (8.48%), and is expected to be completed in August 2021.

Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Warner Robins, Georgia, has been awarded an estimated $66,851,248 requirements contract for the supply chain management of the AN/ALQ-155, AN/ALQ-161, AN/ALQ-184 and AN/APN-241 systems. This contract provides for repairs, spares and engineering services for the mentioned systems. Work will be performed at Warner Robins, Georgia, and is expected to be completed September 9, 2028. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal 2020 defense working capital funds are being used and no funds are being obligated at the time of the award. Air Force Sustainment Center, Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is the contracting activity (FA8524-20-D-0012).

Sikorsky Aircraft Corp. a Lockheed Martin Co., Stratford, Connecticut, is awarded an $11,967,528 modification (P00003) to a cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order (N00019-19-F-2972) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-19-G-0029).  This modification provides non-recurring engineering to replace existing subsystems, such as the Data Transfer Unit, Defense Electronic Countermeasure System and ARC-210 radio, with the CH-53K production aircraft. Non-recurring engineering efforts include investigation, systems engineering support, risk analysis, integration development, weight impact, publication updates including maintenance, training, update tooling and qualification testing.

L3/Harris Technologies, Clifton, New Jersey, is awarded a $51,852,571 cost-plus-fixed-fee order (N0001920F0394) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-16-G-0003). This order procures modifications to the AN/ALQ-214A(V)4 Integrated Defensive Electronic Countermeasures System. This order provides non-recurring engineering to develop, integrate, test and deliver software and firmware as well as all technical data. In addition, this order provides engineering and technical support for test efforts including correction of deficiencies discovered during testing in support of a Foreign Military Sales (FMS) customer. Work will be performed in Clifton, New Jersey, and is expected to be completed in November 2022.

NRE tasks include investigation, systems engineering support, risk analysis, integration development, weight impact and publication updates.

Exelis Inc., Clifton, New Jersey, has been awarded a $17,964,380 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for engineering services applicable to the AN/ALQ-172 line replaceable unit (LRU)-4 countermeasures transmitter. Contractor will provide non-recurring engineering services for the form, fit and function interface; redesign; development of data, manufacturing; and delivery of prototypes that will meet legacy LRU specification requirements. Work will be performed in Clifton, New Jersey, and is expected to be complete by September 20, 2018. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition.

Exelis Inc., Clifton, New Jersey, has been awarded a maximum $38,209,265 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract for electronic countermeasures set line replacement units for aircraft. This was a sole-source acquisition using the justification of 10 U.S. Code 2304(c)(1). This is a three-year base contract with no option periods. Location of performance is New Jersey, with an Aug. 30, 2018, performance completion date. Using service is Air Force. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2015 through fiscal 2018 Air Force working capital funds. The contracting activity is the Defense Logistics Agency Aviation, Warner Robins, Georgia (SPRWA1-15-C-0011).

Lockheed Martin Corporation, Fort Worth, Texas, is being awarded a not-to-exceed $32,439,000 firm-fixed contract for a Foreign Military Sales Program that will provide the government of Morocco's 24 F-16 aircraft that have the Advanced Countermeasures Electronic Systems Electronic Warfare Systems with updated data protection. The Aeronautical Systems Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, is the contracting activity.
