The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) awarded a $49 million contract to Reston, Virginia-based Brillient Corp.* to provide professional and technical services. The contract is a single award Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year performance period (including options). The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) awarded a $300 million blanket purchase agreement to Reston, Virginia-based Octo Consulting Group.* Under the contract, Octo will support the development of the FDA's Drug Resource Management System. According to the company, Octo will provide advanced data analytics to help improve the FDA Center for Drug Evaluation and Research's (CDER's) regulatory, surveillance, compliance, enforcement and oversight capabilities, as well as meeting the requirements of the 21st Century Cure Act. *Small business.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has awarded a 10-year, $2.5 billion contract to 10 companies. The contract is an Information and Computing Technologies for the 21st Century contract and will support an extensive information technology modernization program for the FDA, including data management and warehousing and information technology and security.
