Lockheed Martin Sippican Inc., Marion, Massachusetts, is awarded a $56,865,098 firm-fixed-price, cost, and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-16-C-6412 to exercise Option Year Three for the production of Mk 48 Mod 7 guidance and control (G&C) sections, Mk 48 Mod 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) Functional Item Replacement (FIR) kits, spares, production support material, and related engineering services and hardware repair support for G&C sections and CBASS kits. Work will be performed in Marion, Massachusetts (88 percent); Braintree, Massachusetts (8 percent); and Lemont Furnace, Pennsylvania (4 percent), and is expected to be completed by March 2021.

The Boeing Co., Heath, Ohio, has been awarded an $18,491,168, requirements task order for guidance and navigation system repairs for multiple aircraft platforms. Work will be performed in Heath, Ohio, and is expected to be completed by September 29, 2019. The award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Fiscal year 2019 working capital funds in the amount of $18,491,168, are being obligated at the time of award. Air Force Sustainment Center, Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma, is the contracting activity (FA8117-15-F-0030).

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory, Cambridge, Massachusetts, is awarded a $13,380,171 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide research into the applications of technologies to meet guidance requirements for operations on the Common Missile Compartment for the U.S. Columbia-class program and the United Kingdom Dreadnought-class program; provide specialized technical knowledge and support for the hypersonic guidance, navigation and control application; provide technical and engineering services to support the Guidance, Navigation and Control system that will support the Navy’s hypersonic flight experiments.

Lockheed Martin Sippican Inc., Marion, Massachusetts, is awarded a $59,156,580 firm-fixed-price, cost and cost-plus-fixed-fee modification to previously awarded contract N00024-16-C-6412 to exercise options for the production of Mk 48 Mod 7 guidance and control sections (G&C), Mk 48 Mod 7 Common Broadband Advanced Sonar System (CBASS) functional item replacement kits, factory test equipment, spares, production support material, and related engineering services and hardware repair support for G&C sections and CBASS kits. The contract combines purchases for the Navy (89 percent); and the governments of the Netherlands (9 percent); and Canada and Turkey (2 percent) under the Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program.

The Charles Stark Draper Laboratory Inc. of Cambridge, Massachusetts, is being awarded a $36,913,696 noncompetitive cost-plus-fixed-fee contract. Under the contract, Draper will provide technical and analytical support for Missile Defense Agency related to evaluation, maturation, integration, test and demonstration of leading edge Guidance, Navigation and Control technologies. The effort also includes research analysis on sensors, modeling and simulation, radiation hardening and survivability and precision targeting as well as weapons development. The work will be performed in Cambridge and Huntsville, Alabama with an expected completion date of July 31, 2022. The period of performance is from August 2017 to July 2022.

Leidos Incorporated of Reston, Virginia, is being awarded a $16,962,451 modification to single-award indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract N00167-15-D-0003 to provide ongoing engineering and technical services for Naval Synthetic Signature Guidance (SSG)-based systems. The services includes scientific, engineering and technical services required for the design, development, fabrication, integration, test, fleet implementation, and maintenance of SSG-based systems. This will include critical documentation of the existing All World Environment Simulation and Periscope Simulation systems and team trainers’ system architecture.

Aero Thermo Technology Inc., Huntsville, Ala., is being awarded a potential $20,741,835 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide guidance systems, technical, analytical and program services to support the TRIDENT II Submarine Launched Ballistic Missile guidance systems requirements for strategic systems programs. They will support key guidance system technology development and coordination between the U.S. Navy and the Air Force for current and next generation strategic systems. The Navy and Air Force will conduct closely coordinated strategic ballistic missile technology development and application programs based on recommendations of the U.S.
