Hydroid Inc., Pocasset, Massachusetts, is awarded a $52,300,236 firm-fixed-price modification to previously-awarded firm-fixed price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00174-19-D-0009) to increase the ceiling for production support for the MK 18 family of unmanned underwater vehicle systems. The MK 18 program supports unmanned underwater vehicle systems. This award brings the cumulative value of this contract, if all options are exercised, to $100,170,578.  Work will be performed in Pocasset, Massachusetts, and is expected to be completed by April 2024. No funds are being obligated at the time of this action.

This contract includes options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of this contract to $84,024,996.  Work will be performed in Pocasset, Massachusetts, and is expected to be complete by August 2020.  If options are exercised, work will continue through August 2024. Harris Corp., RF Communications, Rochester, New York, is awarded an $18,739,106 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the procurement of and repair of various radios and associated communications equipment for the Tactical Air Control Party – Modernization (TACP-M) program. This action supports the Air Force TACP-M program's Air Support Operations Center Gateway Systems, Gateway Lite Systems, Stryker Systems, Mobile Communication Systems and Dismounted Systems. The company will provide radios and hardware that provide tactical communications in a man-pack portable kit designed to fit into a bag or case that can be easily carried or worn by the user.

General Dynamics Missions Systems Inc., Marion, Virginia, is awarded a $16,313,717 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for the manufacturing of AN/SPG-62 antenna systems parabolic radio frequency reflectors. The AN/SPG-62 antenna systems are mounted and operated in the ship’s open spaces and are subsystems of the Mk-99 fire control system, part of the AEGIS combat system suite. The AN/SPG-62 antenna system reflector enables the continuous-wave radio frequency signal from the Mk-99’s radar transmitter to illuminate targets to be engaged, fired upon and destroyed by the ship’s weapons. Work will be performed in Marion, Virginia, and is expected to be completed by December 2024.

A third award was made to Applied Technology Inc.

Corp Ten International, Herndon Virginia, is awarded a $8,010,965 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for services and materials required to support the existing surveillance Data Collection System (DCS) to include hardware, software, airtime, technical and engineering services.  The existing DCS integrates all sensors and transmitters currently used in a comprehensive client-server architecture that is expandable to accommodate new sensors, transmitters, and communication systems as required.  Work will be performed in Dahlgren, Virginia (97 percent); Key West, Florida (1 percent); Colorado Springs, Colorado (1 percent), and Washington, District of Columbia (1 percent), and is expected to be completed September 2023.

Manufacturing Techniques Inc.,* Kilmarnock, Virginia, and Hart Technologies Inc.,* Manassas, Virginia, were both awarded separate $47,462,100 multiple award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite quantity contract, with a five-year ordering period cost-plus-fixed-fee completion and level-of-effort, and firm-fixed-price delivery orders. Under the awards, the companies will provide the Navy rapid prototype development, hardware fabrication, hardware and software for prototype or prototype pre-production units and kits in support of the battle management systems, amphibious assault vehicle projects, manned and unmanned platform integration and robotic systems, and weapon control systems development.

Hexagon Federal Inc., Huntsville, Alabama, is awarded a $60,857,149 firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity supply contract for the procurement of commercial Ruggedized Marine Hardware systems to be installed on various ship classes in support of numerous modernization programs managed by the Navy Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division. All of the hardware will be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This contract award will contain a 60 month ordering period. The delivery date of the required supplies will be determined at the time of award for each individual delivery order. Work is expected to be completed by May 2024.
