The UCA extended the DSC period of performance from January 2018 through December 2023, and added the requirements to execute the GMD portion of the presidential mandated and congressionally enacted Missile Defeat and Defense Enhancements. Raytheon Missile Systems, Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a $91,872,559 firm-fixed-price option to previously awarded contract N00024-18-C-5425 for fiscal year 2019 Navy procurements of Rolling Airframe Missile (RAM) Block 2 guided missile round pack and spare replacement components. The RAM Guided Missile Weapon System is co-developed and co-produced under an International Cooperative Program between the U.S.’ and Federal Republic of Germany’s governments. RAM is a missile system designed to provide anti-ship missile defense for multiple ship platforms.
DARPA awarded Raytheon Company, in Tucson, Arizona, a $63.3 million contract to help continue the advancement of the Tactical Boost Glide hypersonic weapons program, which includes a design review, the company noted. The effort is a joint DARPA and U.S. Air Force program.

Under a $502 million contract, RGNext, a joint venture between Raytheon’s Intelligence, Information and Services business and General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT), will operate the U.S. Army’s Ronald Reagan Ballistic Missile Defense Test Site. The companies will be responsible for safely managing space vehicle and ballistic missile launches as well asand missile defense tests conducted from islands in the 750,000-square-mile Pacific Ocean range.
