Raytheon Company has been awarded a $15,280,290, firm-fixed-price requirements contract for continued life cycle management support to sustain forward looking infrared radar systems and subsystems for the U.S. Army, Air Force, Navy and Marine Corps.

Raytheon Company will continue the Patriot "Pure Fleet" modernization through a $34.4 million U.S. Army contract. The U.S. Army Aviation and Missile Command contract enables the continuation of upgrading Army Patriot equipment to state-of-the-art Patriot Configuration 3 status. Raytheon will provide hardware upgrades to Patriot radars, engagement control stations and launchers as well as enhanced logistics capability through support to a common configuration.

Raytheon subsidiary Raytheon Technical Services Company has been awarded a seven-year, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to provide sustainment support for all U.S. Air Force-operated weapons systems, support systems, subsystems, components and related services. The contract has an estimated ceiling value of $6.9 billion.

Raytheon Company has been awarded a $31.6 million U.S. Air Force contract for Paveway(TM) II laser guided bomb (LGB) components. Raytheon will provide the Air Force with LBG computer control groups and air foil groups that transform "dumb" bombs into precision guided munitions.

Raytheon Company has been awarded a firm-fixed-price, $412 million contract by the U.S. Air Force for Lot 22 production and delivery of the AIM-120C7 and AIM-120D advanced medium-range air-to-air missiles. In addition to providing the AIM-120D missiles, the contract also provides foreign military sales customers with AIM-120C7 missiles.

Northrop Grumman Electronic Systems and Raytheon Company have received a $41 million, indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract with cost-plus-fixed-fee type task order for sensors technology automated recognition. The companies will develop technologies in a wide range of application areas to continue to advance the technical improvements to warfighters.

Raytheon Network Centric Systems has been awarded a firm-fixed-price contract worth $29,437,812 for Cooperation Engagement Capability (CEC) System production. The contract provides for production of CEC systems and ancillary support for the U.S. Navy, Army and Marines. CEC is a sensor netting system that significantly improves battle force Anti-Air Warfare capability and improves battle force effectiveness by improving overall situation awareness. The Naval Sea Systems Command, Washington, D.C., is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Company has been awarded a $156 million Foreign Military Sales award from the U.S. Army to provide the state of Kuwait with Patriot Configuration-3 radar upgrade kits and related engineering and technical services, which will allow for improved air and missile defense for Kuwait.

Raytheon Company has received a $63.4 million contract with the U.S. Navy for AN/AQS-22 Airborne Low Frequency Sonar, the primary undersea warfare sensor for the U.S. Navy's MH-60R multi-mission helicopter. Work will be performed at Raytheon's Seapower Capabilit Center, Portsmouth, Rhode Island, and by AN/AQS-22 partner DRS Sonar Systems, Gaithersburg, Maryland.
