Insitu Incorporated, Bingen, Washington, is being awarded $16,880,154 for ceiling-priced modification P00027 to a previously awarded firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract (N00019-13-D-0016). Insitu will provide additional parts and supplies to maintain the ScanEagle unmanned aviation system in support of Navy Special Warfare fleet operations. Work will be performed in Bingen, Washington, and is expected to be completed in September 2018. Funding will be obligated on individual delivery orders as they are issued. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is managing the contract.

Insitu Incorporated, Bingen, Washington, is being awarded $7,407,625 for firm-fixed-price order N00019F0235 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-17-G-0001) for the procurement of six ScanEagle unmanned aircraft systems, related support equipment, training, site activation, technical services and data for the government of the Philippines. Work will be performed in Bingen, Washington, (70 percent); and Hood River, Oregon (30 percent), and is expected to be completed in July 2019. Foreign military sales funds in the amount of $7,407,625 are being obligated at the time of the award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Insitu Incorporated, Bingen, Washington, is being awarded $10,976,866 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0007 against a previously issued basic rrdering agreement (N68335-11-G-0009) for the procurement of one ScanEagle System that consists of nine ScanEagle Electro-Optics and three ScanEagle Infra-red Unmanned Air Vehicles for the government of Yemen under the Foreign Military Sales program. This order also provides for one 12-month/3,600 flight-hour sustainment package with acceptance testing, spares, technical manuals, and training; a site activation team; field service representative; and force protection.

Insitu Inc., Bingen, Wash., is being awarded $7,264,250 for firm-fixed-price delivery order #0016 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-12-G-0008) for hardware repairs and modifications to previously procured ScanEagle Unmanned Air Systems (UAS) for the government of Poland under the foreign military sales program. This effort procures spares, operations and maintenance training, and technical UAS publications. Insitu, Bingen, Washington, recently announced that it has signed a contract to deliver its ScanEagle unmanned aircraft systems (UAS) to the Netherlands to provide intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (ISR) for the Ministry of Defense (MOD). The Netherlands will use ScanEagle both domestically and abroad. ScanEagle will provide an ISR capability during the second half of 2012, replacing a program that ended in the middle of 2011. Looking forward, Netherlands MOD and Insitu plan to continue to explore the potential for multi-mission ISR capabilities using a next-generation Insitu UAS that carries multiple ISR sensors and enables rapid, robust payload integration.
