Northrop Grumman Systems Corp., Linthicum Heights, Maryland, has been awarded an $18,733,197 firm-fixed-price, cost-plus-fixed-fee modification (P00026) to contract FA8615-17-C-6047 for active electronically scanned array radars of Air Force F-16 aircraft. The contract modification is for definitization of the radio frequency target generator, additional support equipment and software development to support Phase Two. Work will be performed in Linthicum Heights, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by April 2023. Fiscal 2018 aircraft procurement funds in the amount of $3,510,172; and fiscal 2020 research, development, test and evaluation funds in the amount of $10,103,436 are being obligated at the time of award.

Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, is being awarded $7,748,362 for cost-plus-incentive fee order 0002 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-15-G-0003) to procure 12 AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array Configuration D kits to meet radio detection and ranging requirements in support of the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in Forest, Mississippi (42 percent); El Segundo, California (32 percent); and Andover, Massachusetts (26 percent), and is expected to be completed in April 2017. Fiscal 2015 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $7,748,362 will be obligated on this award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Raytheon Co., El Segundo, California, is being awarded $16,380,000 for firm-fixed-price delivery order 0062 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-10-G-0006) for the procurement of six AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array radar systems in support of the F/A-18 E/F aircraft. Work will be performed in Forest, Mississippi (50 percent); Andover, Massachusetts (30 percent); and El Segundo, California (20 percent), and is expected to be completed in March 2017. Fiscal 2013 aircraft procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $16,380,000 are being obligated on this award, all of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year.

Lockheed Martin Aeronautics Corp., Fort Worth, Texas, has been awarded a $308,263,249 firm fixed price modification (P00005) to previously awarded contract FA8615-12-C-6016 to provide the government of Taiwan with 144 Active Electronically Scanned Array radars. Contractor will provide installation on F-16 aircraft and one year of supplier support in Taiwan. Work will be performed in Taiwan and is expected to be complete by Nov. 30, 2021. This contract is 100 percent foreign military sales. This award is the result of a sole-source acquisition. Air Force Life Cycle Management Center, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio, is the contracting activity.

Raytheon Company, El Segundo, California, is being awarded a $6,722,785 cost-plus-fixed-fee delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for upgrades to the F/A-18 AN/APG-79 Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radar commercial depot. These upgrades will provide the depot with the capabilities to diagnose and validate repairs of the Royal Australian Air Force APG-79 AESA radar under the Foreign Military Sales Program. The Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River, Maryland, is the contracting activity.

The Boeing Company, St. Louis, Missouri, is being awarded a $12,002,634 firm-fixed-price delivery order against a previously issued basic ordering agreement for supplies and services associated with Engineering Change Proposal 6038 for the F/A-18E/F aircraft.
