EFW Inc., Fort Worth, Texas, is awarded $17,805,018 for firm-fixed-price delivery order N0001919F2793 against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N00019-17-G-0014) for the procurement of 132 V-22 integrated avionics processors for the Navy (106) and Air Force (26). Work will be performed in Haifa, Israel (75 percent); and Fort Worth, Texas (25 percent), and is expected to be completed in February 2021. Fiscal year 2019 aircraft procurement (Navy and Air Force) funds; and working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $17,805,018 will be obligated at time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the fiscal year. This order combines purchases for the Navy ($14,318,317; 80 percent); and Air Force ($3,486,701; 20 percent).

Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is awarded a five-year performance-based logistics contract (N00383-18-D-PH01) in the amount of $59,717,916 for support of the CH-53 and V-22 Forward Looking Infrared System. The first delivery order for the first year of the contract will be issued concurrently with the award of the basic contract in the amount of $15,971,160. Work will be performed by the contractor in McKinney, Texas (50 percent); El Segundo, California (45 percent); and Jacksonville, Florida (5 percent). Fiscal year 2018 Navy working capital funds in the amount of $15,971,160 will be obligated at the time of award. Contract funds will not expire at the end of the contract ordering period.

Raytheon Co., McKinney, Texas, is awarded a $7,073,229 for a firm-fixed-price contract for the repair of the Multimode Radar System in support of the V-22 aircraft. This delivery order does not contain a provision for an option quantity. Work will be performed in McKinney, Texas, and is to be completed by May 2020. Fiscal year 2018 working capital funds (Navy) in the full amount of $7,073,229 are obligated at the time of award and funds will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. One firm was solicited for this non-competitive requirement, and one offer was received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

This order provides for fleet software sustainment that includes engineering and technical support for the V-22 flight control system and on-aircraft avionics software; flight test planning and coordination of changed avionics and flight control configuration; and upgrade planning of avionics and flight controls, including performance of qualification testing and integration testing on software products.

General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems was awarded a contract by the U.S. Special Operations Command (SOCOM) for non-developmental V-22 Internally Transportable Vehicles (ITV).  The three-year indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract is for up to 10 vehicles, with integration and logistical support and training. The total value of the contract is $5.8 million if all options are exercised.
