  • One letter can be from your current employer, relevant current public service agency, or service supervisor.

    Electronic submission forms will be sent to endorsers based on information given in this application. This submission form and instructions will be sent via email when application is submitted. It is your responsibility to make sure your references receive these emails. It is possible for these emails to be caught in spam filters, and in that case, letters may be printed on letterhead, signed, and sent to edfoundation@afcea.org as a PDF. They may be addressed to:

    Transcripts must be official. Undergraduate major must be in a STEM-subject that meets the mission of AFCEA to be eligible. NOTE - electronic submissions preferred by the university to email: edfoundation@afcea.org

    At least two letters of recommendation - one from current or recent faculty/commander if active duty and one from your supervisor if working in your field, otherwise second faculty letter. Letters are not accepted from the student, must come from the endorser.  
       
     
    Copy of Certificate of Service or Discharge Form DD214. Paperwork submitted must show service in Overseas Contingency Operations - Send in pdf or jpg format to edfoundation@afcea.org PLEASE DO NOT SEND FORMS WITH YOUR SSN ON THEM!
       
     
    Supporting documents also must be received by the deadline date of November 30 - electronic submission of all required materials is preferred, sent to email: edfoundation@afcea.org
