Attendees must be U.S. citizens and possess a minimum SECRET clearance at the time of event registration.
The NGA does not grant interim SECRET access. You will not be allowed to attend if you have an interim clearance.
Attendees WITH IC blue or green badges do not need to pass clearances, but must present the badge at check-in. Please verify with your badging office that your IC badge is enabled to work at NGA facilities.
Attendees WITHOUT IC blue or green badges must have a clearance certification message submitted to the NCE Workforce Support Center by their agency's Special Security Officer (SSO) or contractor's Facility Security Officer (FSO).

All clearances must be final granted clearances.
If sending by fax or email, the clearance message must be on official letterhead and include the following:
- Attendee’s full name
- Country of Citizenship
- Social Security Number
- Date of Birth
- Security Clearance Level and Accesses
- Date of Visit: November 27, 2018
- Purpose of Visit: ODNI AIM Industry Day

All event attendees will be required to show a valid state** or federal issued photo identification (i.e. a driver's license, state identification card, passport).
**Please note: The NGA adheres to policies related to the REAL ID Act. The REAL ID Act is a federal law that created a national standard for state-issued driver's licenses and requires federal agencies to apply new rules for individuals entering their facilities. The 11 states and territories that currently have noncompliant driver's licenses are: Alaska, American Samoa, Arizona, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Massachusetts, Montana, New Jersey, Northern Marianas and Oklahoma. Alternate forms of acceptable identification include: U.S. passports, DoD Common Access Cards, U.S. federal government identification cards and credentials.
