Speaker Series Covers Air Force Diversity and Inclusion

Col. Ed Masterson, USAF, chapter vice president, programs, welcomed guests to a speaker series breakfast in July at Waxy O'Connor's, Lexington, Massachusetts, featuring Chief Master Sgt. Janna Wesley, USAF, chief of Air Force diversity and inclusion. Sgt. Wesley captivated a packed room of government and industry representatives as she spoke about diversity, her personal experiences, and the goals, challenges and opportunities facing the service. It focuses not only on fostering diversity but also on ensuring full integration and inclusion in its workforce. Col. Masterson concluded by thanking the chief and presenting a small token of appreciation from the chapter for her enlightening remarks.
