Distinguished Achievement to the Education Community Award

This award recognizes an AFCEA chapter supporting its local community with scholarships and K-12 STEM programs.

Nominations for this award are accepted from AFCEA Chapter presidents, Educational Foundation members, AFCEA International Board members and Executive Committee members.

The Distinguished Achievement to the Education Community award may not be conferred every year.  In exceptional cases, a second award can be bestowed.

The Educational Foundation Awards Committee, comprised of the Educational Foundation Board of Directors, selects the recipient. The award is presented in advance of a major AFCEA International event.
