A bit about our speakers: Joshua Seckel is Sevatec’s chief solutions architect for Agile/DevSecOps. Seckel is a former division chief at DHS USCIS, where he was a leader in transformation and modernization of federal IT. His more than 20 years of experience leading development of software solutions for federal entities at DHS, the U.S. Marine Corps, Air Force, Treasury and USAID, brings a unique understanding of organizational dynamics, cultural impediments and enterprise strategies to effectively implement Agile and DevSecOps across diverse IT portfolios. He holds a Master of Business Administration in technology innovation management from Pacific Lutheran University, is an ICAgile Certified Expert Agile Coach, and is the author of numerous blogs, articles and white papers. BD Squared LLC specializes in tactical intelligence for the federal market. The company was founded by Brian Friel to fill a gap in the federal market for custom, expert data analysis.
