About the speakers:
Dan Haug | Cohere. Dan has been a DoD/IC contractor for 36 years. He has served in a number of leadership/executive positions over his career, which includes 25+ years in small businesses. Dan founded Potomac Fusion in 2002, which was acquired in 2011. After serving as a P&L lead, then CTO at the acquiring company, Dan left in 2014 to start Cohere Technology as an ISR/Cyber development company. Dan has significant experience on both sides of subcontracting, especially for companies looking for growth opportunities.
Dr. Srinivas Kankanahalli | clearAvenue. In his role as the Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Dr. Srinivas Kankanahalli is responsible for clearAvenue's technology strategy and overall solution architectures. With over 20 years of industry experience, Srini is a technology evangelist, thought leader, and an acclaimed contributor to Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Cyber Security and related areas. Srini was a tenured Associate Professor of Computer Science and Electrical Engineering at West Virginia University. He has held leadership positions at IBM, Hewlett-Packard and is a Serial Entrepreneur.

She has held Capture positions at leading Federal Government Contractors where she successfully closed $2B in new and re-compete business.
Nicole D. Pottroff |Koprince Law LLC. Nicole D. Pottroff is a partner at Koprince Law, LLC, where she exclusively practices federal government contract law. Nicole works with clients on a wide variety of transactional matters, from subcontracts to joint venture agreements. She advises clients on compliance with small business and procurement regulations and helps them navigate the application to and participation in the U.S. Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program and other socioeconomic programs. Nicole also assists with litigation matters, including bid protests at the Government Accountability Office, size and status protests at the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), and appeals to the Boards of Contract Appeals and SBA's Office of Hearings and Appeals. The contract provides for further research, investigation, comparison and prototyping a cutting edge alternate position, navigation, and timing (PNT) system for use in global positioning system-denied environments.
