About the speakers:

Margorie McLenan’s leadership has helped software, systems and high-tech businesses claim over $45 million in federal and state tax incentives. She is one of the driving forces behind alliantgroup’s Software Industry Practice Group, where she has steered over 400 tax studies through the identification, substantiation and implementation processes that accompany a tax credit study.

In addition to her client-facing role, Margorie has helped establish and implement new business processes across alliantgroup’s R&D Tax Credit practice, offering her technical expertise to ensure the firm’s procedures are in step with ever-evolving regulations and tax laws.

Alex Kirillov is a Technical Director at alliantgroup, specializing in the technology, architecture, engineering and construction industries. Over the past six years, he has worked with over 500 U.S. businesses to help them identify valuable government incentives.

In his role at alliantgroup, Alex has helped small and medium-sized businesses claim over $300 million  in credits and incentives.

Physical Optics is Providing Naval Data Transfer Components

Physical Optics Corp.,* Torrance, California, is awarded an $84,917,868 firm-fixed-price indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract. This contract procures Advanced Data Transfer System components for installations on the UH-1Y, AH-1Z, MH-60R, MH-60S, H-53K platforms for the Navy, Air Force and Foreign Military Sales customers. Work will be performed in Torrance, California, and is expected to be completed in September 2025.

Analog Photonics is Assisting DARPA's Modular Optical Aperture Building Blocks Researcg

Analog Photonics LLC,* Boston, Massachusetts, was awarded a $10,266,430 modification (P00011) to exercise the Phase 3 option to previously awarded HR0011-16-C-0108 for the Modular Optical Aperture Building Blocks (MOABB) research program. This modification brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $25,579,196.

Technical and Project Engineering to Providing Computer Programming Support to Army

Technical and Project Engineering LLC,* Alexandria, Virginia, was awarded a $9,221,888 firm-fixed-price contract to provide computer programming support services to Headquarters, Department of the Army; U.S. Army Training and Doctrine Command; U.S. Army Special Operations Command; the Office of the Chief of Army Reserve; Army National Guard; and TRADOC Centers of Excellence. Bids were solicited via the internet with three received.
