The Idaho National Laboratory has been a pioneer in partnering with industry, academia and other federal laboratories/agencies to bridge the gap between applied research and market- driven technology needs. A primary mission is to perform research, development, modeling/simulation and testing of critical infrastructures on its 890-square-mile critical infrastructure test range.
