Kaizen Approach Inc. has been supporting the mission of the IC and DoD through multiple contracts providing Cybersecurity, Cross Domain and IT support solutions. Our cleared employees have decades of experience with technology within government programs. Kaizen Approach helps its customers to improve their training programs and enhance employee performance. We support their professional development through the customized creation of training programs, certification programs, assessments, quantitative and qualitative surveys, job blueprints and other products. Kaizen Approach leverages decades of experience in supporting the Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) to the greatest benefit of all our government customers. We are a Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) verified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and have held Top Secret Facility Clearance (FCL) since 2010.

Kaizen Approach has been awarded two five-year Prime contracts by the Department of Defense and two prime contracts with commercial entities. In addition, Kaizen is actively supporting six programs in a subcontractor role.
Certifications:
Our Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Systems Security Architecture Professional (ISSAP),and Certified Cloud Security Professional (CCSP) engineers' Information Assurance experience includes architecture, design, development, and implementation of defense-in-depth principles as well as providing security services including Certification and Accreditation, firewall administration and Virtual Private Network support. Our IA engineers are actively involved in industry-leading organizations including International Information Systems Security Certification Consortium (ISC)2, Information Systems Security Association (ISSA), InfraGard Maryland Members Alliance (IMMA), and the Cybersecurity Association of Maryland, Inc. (CAMI).
