Pre-registration is required prior to 15 May 2012.

An official confirmation letter will be sent by email upon receipt of full payment. If you have not received the official registration confirmation letter with 14 days, please contact AFCEA Europe or call +32 2 705 2731. Your badge will be available on-site at the "Registration desk" at the Hotel Praha. Everyone must wear this badge at all times whilst attending the event. Official identification will be requested for badge collection. 



When registering and prior to 15 May 2012. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer before the event. An invoice will be e-mailed to you or to the contact person named on your registration form.



Conference pass and exhibit table space are included in the sponsorship package. Everyone must register to receive a badge.

Be advised that the exposition is in the form of a table-top display (no stands) which includes 4 square meters space, table and chairs, and electricity. Please bring your own electricity leads, adaptors, etc. for a smooth set up. There is no official freight forwarder; each sponsor is responsible for his own shipment and customs clearance. Hotel accepts shipment from 26 May onwards (max. volume 100kg per parcel. Size of parcel should not exceed 1x1x1meter).
