DIRECTIONS

From the airport to the Praha Hotel:

Prague International Airport Ruzyne offers nonstop flights to all major European cities, and to selected cities in North America, Asia, and Africa. For information and online reservations, visit individual airline websites such as the following: Czech Airlines, Air France, British Airways, Austrian Airlines, Delta, Easyjet.

 

A one-way airport transfer to or from Hotel Praha is available for approx. €25 through the hotel's limousine service. For more information and advance reservations, please contact our front desk via e-mail or call us on +420 224 342 650.

 

Travel by train:

Prague is served by direct express trains from major Central and Eastern European cities, including Vienna, Salzburg, Berlin, Munich, Frankfurt, Dresden, Bratislava, Budapest, Warsaw, Moscow, St. Petersburg, and Kiev. You may also wish to visit the website for the SC Pendolino, a new high-speed service linking Vienna, Bratislava, and Prague several times per day.

 

Travel by Public Transportation:

 

Our hotel located on the main road, which connects Prague International Airport Ruzyne with downtown, and have direct access to the all types of Prague's public transport. Pre-registration is required prior to 15 May 2012.

An official confirmation letter will be sent by email upon receipt of full payment. If you have not received the official registration confirmation letter with 14 days, please contact AFCEA Europe or call +32 2 705 2731. Your badge will be available on-site at the "Registration desk" at the Hotel Praha. Everyone must wear this badge at all times whilst attending the event. Official identification will be requested for badge collection. 

  

WHEN SHOULD I PAY FOR THE CONFERENCE?

When registering and prior to 15 May 2012. Payment can be made by credit card or bank transfer before the event. An invoice will be e-mailed to you or to the contact person named on your registration form.

Conference pass and exhibit table space are included in the sponsorship package. Everyone must register to receive a badge.

Be advised that the exposition is in the form of a table-top display (no stands) which includes 4 square meters space, table and chairs, and electricity. Please bring your own electricity leads, adaptors, etc. for a smooth set up. There is no official freight forwarder; each sponsor is responsible for his own shipment and customs clearance. Hotel accepts shipment from 26 May onwards (max. volume 100kg per parcel. Size of parcel should not exceed 1x1x1meter). Please label your parcels with the code “AFCEA-TechNet Europe” and ship them to: Hotel Praha, to the attention of Mr. Rothbauer, Sušická 26, CZ-160 00 Prague 6, Czech Republic. The timing for setting up on 29 May 2012 is from 16:00 to 18:00 and on 30 May from 07:00 to 08:00; dismantling is on 31 May 2012 from 14:15 to 16:30.
