The Maritim Hotel Berlin occupies a prime, central spot on the city's Tiergarten park in the quiet diplomatic quarter, close to the "Kurfürstendamm" and the "Potsdamer Platz". Close by are the "Kulturforum" with the "Berlin Philharmonie", the New National Gallery, the Painting Gallery and various shopping possibilities.

from Berlin main station:

SOCIAL EVENTS

Tuesday 20 October

The Networking Reception open to all participants will take place in the exhibition area from 1715 to 1900 (timing may vary depending of speaker programme that will be regularly updated on the event web site).

 

Wednesday 21 October

Tickets are available for purchase when you register for the event.

 

Return bus transport will be provided from the Maritim Hotel.

 
 

ACCOMMODATION

Participants are responsible for their own travel and accommodation arrangements and payment. Hotel accommodation booking will be soon available.

 

Special rates have been obtained at the conference hotel.  Prices include breakfast and WIFI but are exclusive of 7% city tax.

Single occupancy: 139 EUR/night                                 Double occupancy: 154 EUR/night
