CyberCore's core competencies include: * ICT Provider/ Integrator - Utilizing ISO 28000 compliant processes within a Cyber Supply Chain Security (coreCSCS) model, CyberCore has procured, integrated, configured, and delivered over $1B in ICT products. CyberCore has the ability to not only procure ICT product, but configure, perform software OS/ BIOS burns, asset tag, inventory, and test each product. As an ICT provider/ integrator, CyberCore procures, integrates, cables, tests, and deploys mission critical systems to over 400 CONUS and OCONUS sites. * IT As-A-Service - CyberCore provides Managed Services for a variety of ICT products including: Print Devices, Network Access Nodes, Multi-Functional Devices (MFD), and Desktop/ Laptop Devices in a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) consumption model under various Service Level Agreements (SLA). A Managed Service includes initial setup/ transition costs, capital acquisition, infrastructure management, troubleshooting and incident resolution, allowing you to focus on the mission. Continuous technology refresh ensures that the current, up-to-date technology is available, without any additional cost. * Professional Services - With over 200 TS//SCI cleared personnel who possess numerous technical certifications, CyberCore provides professional services concentrating in software engineering, IT service delivery, help desk, vulnerability assessment/ penetration testing, systems engineering, system administration, security, and cyber defense. CyberCore has a dedicated talent acquisition team focused on finding the right people at the right price. Our attrition rate is less than 18 percent in an environment where many service providers suffer attrition rates as high as 20 to 40 percent.
