Custom Computer Programming Services (NAICS 541511) GIGMETA provides custom computer programming services to the federal government. We have extensive experience in software engineering and development in Java, C, C++, and Python to produce mission critical applications running in complex, real-time Linux environments. The combination of our deep understanding and knowledge of telecommunication protocols and networks, experience with tools used to test and analyze those protocols and networks, and our extensive software expertise provides a unique and hard-to-find integrated skillset. We are experienced Integrated Product Team (IPT) members, working alongside other technical disciplines such as systems engineering, and we are proficient with tools such as the Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Fisheye/Crucible, Service Desk), Subversion, Trac, SonarQube and Jenkins CI. Our experience using NetBeans, PyCharm and Eclipse IDEs allows us to quickly and efficiently develop and maintain complex software projects and as well as exercise critical debugging and application profiling capabilities to troubleshoot and optimize memory and CPU usage as well as perform heap dump and stack analysis. We also have extensive experience with Java Mission Controller (JMC) and Java Flight Recorder for detailed analysis of thread, memory and CPU usage of live running applications. We have extensive experience with Linux VM (Virtual Machine) provisioning and tuning using VmWare as well as server operating system provisioning, hardening and configuration. We are experienced developing Puppet modules used to maintain the integrity of complex, secure Linux operating environments by providing installation and configuration management of the operating system, software and patches for security compliance. We are experienced with Dell Openmanage to remotely install bios and firmware patches for a multitude of system components for security compliance.
