We rotate between government/military and industry for our

Sponsor Recognition by At-Large Chapter
Provide the sponsors recognition through some sort of
memorabilia, doesn't have to be extravagant but something
that they can display in their office to show they're a
supporter of AFCEA.

Flexible Sponsorship Options by At-Large Chapter
Allow sponsors to pick and choose which events they'd like to
support at different levels and provide smaller sponsors with
a menu that lets them check off which events they¿d like to
sponsor and how many tickets. Tailors their sponsorship to a
level that is comfortable to them.

Cross-Chapter Collaboration Forum by At-Large Chapter
¿Took 2 days to organize a collaboration forum and brought
in 7 local chapters at no cost
¿Short period of time between idea and execution (~30 days)
¿Successful events across different chapters tied in
together to create a larger and more inclusive event
oCohosting provides a way to reach more people and takes the
burden away from one chapter
oAlso decreases competition from geographically close
chapters
¿Problems are getting solved effectively across chapters,
they are now able to progress as a group
¿Provides a forum for effective collaboration and exchange
of information
¿The more assistance you provide to potential YACs, the more
that is given back
¿Idea is to scale what the National Capitol Region is doing
to the International level, creating a YAC network for best
practices
