Online Judging Tool for Scholarships by Atlanta Chapter

To maximize participation in judging our chapter¿s scholarship applications, AFCEA-Atlanta built a tool on the chapter¿s portal for viewing and submitting judging scores. Judges were provided with the username and password to access the tool. Once in the tool, judges could view each application package and then submit their judging sheet, including their name and then rank ordering the top 8 nominations. This enabled a large group of judges (approx 15-20) to grade the applications when convenient for them and without the challenges of providing judging packages via hardcopy or email as well as protecting the privacy data in these packages. This approach has worked out very well for our chapter.
