Chapter Focus
The Tucson Chapter is centered around the 12th Air Force (AFSOUTH), 612th Air Communications Squadron 355th Fighter Wing, 355th Communications Squadron, 55th Electronic Combat Group, 563rd Rescue Group, 214th Reconnaissance Group, Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Tucson, Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs, and the FAA. Chapter activities include six professional development luncheons, scholarships for local chapter members and University of Arizona ROTC students, STEM grants to local 5-12th grade teachers, and additional community outreach and member enrichment activities. The Chapter also conducts an annual golf tournament that raises funds to support the education outreach programs.

It is an association of persons who represent businesses, academic institutions, state and local law enforcement agencies, and other participants dedicated to sharing information and intelligence to prevent hostile acts against the U.S.

AFCEA Tucson - 1st Annual Cyber Security & Technology Forum (CSTF) Tucson Chapter
11/12/2015 Cyber Security
Government and industry experts will be on hand for this inaugural event to brief attendees on the latest trends, best practices, and innovations in cyber security. This one-day forum will offer cyber security, information technology, communications, technical, training, and education professionals a unique, local opportunity to get up-to-date information on rapidly evolving cybersecurity challenges. CSTF will also be an excellent opportunity to evaluate new products in the exhibit hall, network with peers, explore remediation strategies and join the cyber security and IT conversation in Tucson.
