Hi-Rel and MCOTS Converters and Filters: SynQor provides field proven, high-efficiency synchronous-rectifier technology for the Military/Aerospace industry with its MilQor product series of Hi-Rel and Mil-COTS DC-DC & AC-DC converters and filters. The Hi-Rel modules include the innovative QorSeal packaging approach which ensures survivability in the most hostile environments and have no opto-isolators. SynQor's Mil-COTS line of military AC-DC and DC-DC power converters and filters features powerful, highly efficient, next generation designs. Both military-grade product families adhere to the industry standard formats, are mil-spec compliant and fully ruggedized for use in extreme environmental and electrically demanding applications. Uninterruptable Power Supply: Military-Grade UPS incorporates field proven high efficiency designs and rugged packaging technologies. This UPS will accept a wide range of input voltage and frequency values while delivering a well-conditioned AC output to the load. Its use of lithium polymer batteries permits the lowest profile and lowest weight solution in its power class. Options include two DC outputs, a DC input rated for military 28 VDC sources, and an electronic breaker on the AC output to permit fault-tolerant parallel operation for higher power and/or N+M redundant systems. Military Grade Power Inverter (MINV), Military Grade Power Supply (MPS), Programmable Power Supply (MPPS) and Military AC Changer (MAC) 3-Phase Input Systems: SynQor?s Military DC-AC Inverter family of rack-mount products incorporates high-efficiency designs and field-rugged packaging technologies. This MINV will accept a DC input voltage while delivering a well-conditioned AC output up to 5 kVA at 115 or 230 Vrms, 50, 60, or 400 Hz. The units can be purchased with an electronic breaker on the AC output which allows multiple units to be set in a parallel, fault-tolerant N+M redundant system for higher power. The Military AC-DC Power Supply, MPS & MPPS, will accept a wide 3-Phase input (80-265 Vrms L-L, 47-800 Hz). The MPS delivers an isolated well-conditioned continuous 4000 W (5250 W transient), DC semi-regulated regulated output. The output voltage includes a droop characteristic that improves system stability for downstream-regulated DC-DC converters and load sharing between units set up in parallel. The output voltage and output current limit of the MPPS-4000 can be adjusted on the fly via RS-232 or web interface. The MAC Military AC Changer will accept a 3-Phase, 360-528 Vrms L-L between 47 and 65 Hz and deliver an isolated well-conditioned Single-Phase AC output using a two-stage DC-link isolated topology. The MINV, MPS, MPPS, and MAC are designed to comply with a wide range of military standards. 3U VPX and 6U VPX Military Power Supplies: SynQor's VPX power supplies are designed for high-performance computing applications seen in the military/aerospace and communications industries. These VPX units are capable of delivering up to 1000 W with a typical efficiency of 91%. SynQor's VPX modules are fully compliant with the VITA 46.11 47, 62 standards along with a wide range of military standards. These rugged power supplies are offered in 3U VPX and 6U VPX form factors with both DC and AC input options. SynQor VPX solutions also include hold-up versions designed to meet the 50 ms MIL-STD-704F drop-off transient. The power supplies are conduction-cooled per the VITA requirements.
