Value Creation Our strategic assessment is designed to guide clients through a comprehensive qualitative and quantitative process to understand the current value of their company, refine strategic objectives, and make recommendations for value enhancement. Growth/Development Planning We complete comprehensive analysis to evaluate opportunities for growth and to explore alternatives for maximizing shareholder value including either organic growth or expansion through acquisition. This process includes industry and market analysis and an understanding of client s short term and long-term objectives. Exit Planning / Succession Planning We review and refine with owners their personal and company strategic objectives. Evaluate strategic ownership succession alternatives and make recommendations to provide the basis for a formalized succession/ exit plan. Planning addresses current and future value of the company, funding sources, shareholder protections, and triggering events. Sell-Side Representation We design a customized process to maximize value for each client during the sale engagement based on the client s preferences. These factors will include the number of parties, timing, and retention of management personnel. Buy-Side Representation We partner with clients to identify relevant acquisition criteria and establish a strategic process to identify, research and prioritize potential targets to optimize growth and expansion. ​Merger We complete comprehensive analysis of merging entities to ensure client succeeds in getting the best deal. ​Recapitalization We develop a capital structure that ensures maximum returns and minimal dilution through the use of senior debt, subordinated debt, mezzanine debt, preferred stock, and common stock. ​Growth Capital We identify the most appropriate alternative sources of capital for business growth with minimal dilution to existing owners. ​Management Buy-Out We advise management teams seeking to acquire an operating entity from its owners as well as owners seeking to sell an operation to its managers.
