SOSSEC, Inc is the single point of contact for the SOSSEC Consortium, and provides fiscal oversight, quality control, and the broadest possible technological expertise to satisfy customer requirements. From its initial OTA award, SOSSEC, Inc has received 11 additional OTA awards from the US Army, NGA, and the US Air Force and today, has 8 active OTAs. One of the OTAs, Sensors, Communications and Electronics (SCE) has its own separate consortium with 300+ members. The SCE Consortium was created for prototype projects in the sensors, communications and electronics sciences to maintain and improve warfighter C4ISR capabilities in complex environments SOSSEC, Inc. Cyberspace Operations Broad Responsive Agreement (COBRA) OTA executes cyber prototype projects to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the PEO EIS, mission. SOSSEC supports COBRA in the operation of The Forge, a collaboration facility located at Fort Belvoir, VA, used as a one-stop-shop to identify, assess, integrate and procure defensive cyber products.
