Business Focus:
Our consulting is focused on policy for system security planning; we provide templates and examples for CMMC and NIST 800-171 policies. We find most companies and managed security providers (MSP) are doing what they need for compliance. These are standard best practices. However, it is not documented; there is no process. We provide sample policies and help with processes that get you to certified compliance. Meeting compliance often requires a bit of business process re-engineering to meet the institutionalization of practice requirements, we guide companies through the process.

Products/Services:
The focus of our services is CMMC compliance. We work collaboratively with company stakeholders and the company's internal IT or managed service provider (MSP). We provide sample policies, workbooks, templates, and system security plan training; our focus is to provide you with the tools for compliance and process institutionalization. Policies include risk and threat assessments, configuration management, access control, physical and personnel security, incident response and recovery, etc.

Clients:
Manufacturing companies in the Defense Industrial Base, large and small. As well as service providers that need a starting point for CMMC system security plan policies and templates.
