Multiple Firms to Support Cyber Intelligence and Information Operations

Anchored Systems JV, Washington, D.C.; Ausgar Technologies, San Diego, Calif.; Burke Consortium Inc., Alexandria, Va.; The Cybrix Group, Tampa, Fla.; Flatter and Associate Inc., Stafford, Va.; GRSI, Frederick, Md.; ISHPI Information Technologies Inc., Mt Pleasant, S.C.; Mandex Inc., Fairfax, Va.; Mystikal Solutions LLC, San Antonio, Texas; Senta, Inc., Huntsville, Ala.; SPARC LLC, Charleston, S.C.; Stargates Inc. Arlington, Va.; Strohmier Consulting LLC, Ashburn, Va.; and Technical and Project Engineering (TAPE), Kingstowne, Va., are each being awarded an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity, cost-plus-fixed-fee, performance-based, multiple award contract, with provisions for fixed-price-incentive and firm-fixed-price orders, to provide command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (C4ISR) electronics and communications services and solutions in support of mission capabilities within cyber intelligence and information operations mission areas. These contracts include options which, if exercised, would bring the cumulative value of these multiple-award contracts to an estimated $98,764,000. Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Atlantic, Charleston, S.C., is the contracting activity. 

AUSGAR to Support Sniper and Route Clearance Optics in Afghanistan

AUSGAR Technologies Incorporated, San Diego, California, is being awarded a $12,297,527 cost-plus-fixed-fee contract to provide 33 field service representatives to support the Keyhole Sniper Optics and Route Clearance Optic Suite (RCOS/KH) Program. The RCOS/KH Program provides knowledge superiority to U.S. combat forces and is a critical component of the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Organization. Work will be performed in San Diego, California, and Afghanistan, and is expected to be completed in June 2013. The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Lakehurst, New Jersey, is the contracting activity.

Ausgar to Research Information Technology

Ausgar Technologies Incorporated, San Diego, California, was recently awarded more than $10 million to provide command and control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) information operations and information technology system research. This contract will support the efforts of the Command and Control Technology and Experimentation Division of the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center Pacific (SSC Pacific), San Diego, California. SSC Pacific is the contracting activity.
