Elbit Systems to Supply Avionics Upgrade for Brazilian AMX Jets

Elbit Systems has been awarded a contract by Embraer, a Brazilian aircraft company, for the supply of avionics for the Brazilian AMX jet upgrade project. The contract is valued at approximately $187 million. Under the contract, Elbit and its wholly owned subsidiary, Aeroeletronica S.A., will supply the central battle mission computer of the AMX as well as the display systems, the ammunition system and additional systems. Elbit's subsidiary Elisra Electronic Systems will supply the electronic warfare systems.
