Continuity of Officers by Pocono Mountains Chapter
New ideas, new energies, and new initiatives can come from
changeover in the officers (Executive Committee) of the
chapter. Alternatively, re-learning old lessons, loss of good
ideas, initiatives, and programs can also be associated with
changeover in officers. The balance that is needed can be
achieved by maintaining continuity in the officers (Executive
Committee) of the chapter. Therefore, not more than half
(i.e. majority) of the chapter's officers (Executive
Committee) should be replaced in a singular year.

Relevant Audience-Centered Guest Speakers by Pocono Mountains Chapter
When joint events, such as co-hosted Pocono Mountains Chapter
(AFCEA) and Tobyhanna Chapter (AUSA) luncheons, are
undertaken, it is beneficial to all organizations concerned,
including Tobyhanna Army Depot, that each organization
contribute to the joint effort from its organizational
strength. In that regard, it is essential that the speaker
for such events is always relevant to the assembled audience.
In view of the mission of Tobyhanna Army Depot it is,
therefore, most advantageous for the Pocono Mountains Chapter
(AFCEA) to coordinate the most frequent guest speaker to such
events.

Collaborate with Tobyhanna Chapter AUSA by Pocono Mountains Chapter
In the limited population of Tobyhanna Army Depot and its
supporting members of industry, competition between
organizations by hosting alternate events, competition for
membership, and competition for recognition is detrimental to
all parties concerned, including Tobyhanna Army Depot itself.
In that regard, a win-win-win relationship has been developed
between the Pocono Mountains Chapter, the Tobyhanna Chapter
AUSA, and the Tobyhanna Army Depot by collaborating and
partnering in hosting events and focusing efforts on the value
proposition that each organization can bring to the collective
effort. This cooperation of effort results in a teamwork that
that is ultimately beneficial to all organizations involved.
