Nowadays the military need to work in close
cooperation with all kind of civilian actors in
the area. The civilian actors are responsible to
plan and execute projects, implement the rule of
law, install a proper government etc. and the
military are to provide security so that the
civilians can do their job. In order to be
successful operations have to be planned and
executed together. This has a large influence on
the Command & Control process and the way we share
information. |
