Seeks to acknowledge the outstanding accomplishment of an individual who has contributed to one distinctive and noteworthy aspect of the educational mission of AFCEA. The Educational Foundation Board of Directors will select the recipient by consensus agreement and present the award at a major AFCEA event.

ROTC Honor Certificate Award Program
|
Recognizes ROTC cadet and midshipman achievement in leadership and academics. Recipients of the awards will be selected by individual Professors of Military Science, Naval Science, or Aerospace Studies in accordance with the appropriate Service Department Regulation. |
