Grant Enhances Science Fair

The chapter hosted a science fair in October, following its receipt of the 2009 AFCEA Educational Foundation's Chapter Initiatives Grant. The grant was used to recognize the best individual science project at the high-school level (military schools of the armed forces countrywide). The first-place prize was awarded to Cadet Matías Rodriguez Aro, a student at Liceo Militar General Paz, Córdoba, who demonstrated marker shooting computer-controlled robotics.
