The AFCEA Educational Foundation’s program of scholarships for students studying hard science disciplines at colleges and universities in the United States comprises only a portion of the annual $2 million in AFCEA educational outreach for science and technology.

The iWorks Scholarship will award a $2,500 scholarship to one outstanding spouse or child of a military service member who shows a potential to excel in college studies in the area of STEM.
Nightwing will award one $5,000 scholarship to an outstanding student pursuing a degree in Cyber Intelligence. To be eligible, students must be pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree with a minimum 3.0 unweighted GPA.
Oracle Leadership will provide a one-time, $1,500 scholarship to a deserving active-duty military college student pursuing a STEM degree.
The AFCEA Educational Foundation offers ROTC scholarships ranging from $2,500-$3,000 each to Army, Navy (including Marine Corps option) or Air Force ROTC full-time sophomore or junior students studying a STEM major with at least an overall 3.0 GPA or above.

Scholarships will be awarded to full-time students enrolled in at least their second semester and at least two semester-equivalent courses, currently pursuing a graduate degree at any accredited academic institution in the United States and living in the United States in an eligible major that supports the mission of AFCEA Educational Foundation. The AFCEA Educational Foundation is offering competitive-based scholarships to students actively pursuing a graduate degree or credential/licensure for the purpose of teaching science, technology, engineering or math (STEM) subjects at a U.S. school in grades K-12. The scholarships are made possible by generous contributions from ManTech and AFCEA International.

The Col. Kathleen Swacina Scholarship Fund awards one college student a scholarship to be applied toward the student's ongoing higher-level academic education at an accredited four-year school. Community college students in their first two years are eligible if they will continue to an accredited four-year college or university.
