Every company, both large and small, would like to
increase the number of less-experienced and more
experienced candidates they hire. Our panel,
composed of members of several different
generations, will speak about what is most
important to them about a company they would work
for, ideally highlighting successful approaches to
hiring members of their respective generations.
The
goal of this panel is to equip companies of all
sizes with knowledge and strategies to recruit,
hire, and retain less-experienced, moderately-
experienced, and more experienced candidates
profitably.
