Established in 1981 as part of AFCEA International, AFCEA Intelligence provides the structure and interactive forum for networking and sharing ideas. AFCEA Intelligence strengthens the public/private partnership and advocates for foreign and domestic intelligence in support of improved national and global security. We are focused on intelligence challenges and opportunities.
Through AFCEA Intelligence, government agencies have an outside unbiased source that they can come to for an industry perspective, and industry has an influential voice with the intelligence community.

SIGNAL Media offers in-depth, relevant news in the cyber, communications and information technology realms of the defense, intelligence and global security communities. Members receive SIGNAL Magazine monthly in print, digital or both formats, based on their preference.
The Intelligence Committee provides an active focal point within AFCEA for encouraging the exchange of ideas and coordinating AFCEA’s intelligence-related activities. Members strengthen AFCEA Intelligence’s role as the association’s principal intelligence advocate and resource, making available its understanding of intelligence to AFCEA's membership worldwide and making the interests and capabilities of AFCEA’s individual and corporate members available to the intelligence community.
The Emerging Professionals in the Intelligence Community (EPIC) committee is an active and engaged subcommittee of the AFCEA Intelligence Committee. EPIC helps young professionals network, find mentors, gain leadership skills and become in beneficial career growth activities involved early in their careers.
